Google Panda Update 19 July 2013: Google Confirms Panda Update is Rolling Out

Previously Google has announced that new Panda algorithm would be implemented over a 10 day period of the month. But they did delay the deployment. Google official Matt Cutts informed that the cause of delay in monthly Panda refresh is they wanted to release the signal that would soften Panda algorithm bit more. Google has also slated that they are not sure about announcing any more future Panda updates.
